Beautiful quality bias binding as usual. This time used to edge some of the fleece to make myself a blanket. Think this is the 3rd lot I've bought from PF.

Lovely fleece fabric which I've used to make myself a blanket for Guide camp. Used some of the PF bias binding to edge it. Just need to sew on my hundreds of badges now!

Love the vibrant colours in this French Terry , easy to sew and lovely stretch, both cool and warm to wear depending on the environment, I made the keilo wrap dress, I have made a few adjustments since I took the photos as it was a bit too wide, fits much better now.

I find this material very useful for trying out new patterns. It gives me a chance to make adjustments before making the garment in my chosen fabric. Very wide and reasonably priced.

Love this fabric. It was a dream to sew, it did fray a bit but not too badly. Lovely to handle and nice feel to it when wearing. I decided to make the Zadie jumpsuit but with a longer, slimmer leg for work and I'm really pleased with the result, although it's not quite finished yet! My only regret is that I didn't buy more of it.

Absolutely love this fabric! So soft and very easy to sew. (Cannot bear to even throw away the scraps so will be making something patchwork!) Thank you PF this is a fabulous purchase!

Beautiful fabric to sew with. I made curtains for the landing window and for my bedroom window, covered the top of the ottoman and covered my bedside table mats….. lovely summery look to brighten up the landing and bedroom. I lined the curtains with PF plain poly cotton in beige and used the PF 5 metre pre-cut curtain tape for the bedroom curtain header.

Pattern Emporium Bound to be Tee in the black cotton lycra (a little difficult to photograph). Very nice to sew and quality is very good. Had a few colours of this jersey, and just one to go now.

Love this colour - so warm without being bright and super soft to wear. Drape is gorgeous and very swishy but, as with a lot of viscose, need to iron it again if crushed in (the over packed) wardrobe :)

This is perhaps the nicest viscose I have ever worked with. The quality is absolutely stunning. I have made a True Bias Shelby dress in it and I am delighted with it. I had seen other reviews saying how good it is, and it reall Is! Do t hesitate to grab this whilst it's still available. Gorgeous!

This printed denim was so easy to work with and such great value. I made the Gertrude jacket from Sew me something and the slight stretch in the fabric made it so easy to fit.

Lovely fabric to work with no fraying and easy to iron. Made a loose jacket to wear with a plain teal dress and a pull on skirt with what was left over. Delivery from PF brilliant as usual.

This fabric has pre-washed really well. Still undecided about sewing a maxi dress or jumpsuit/trousers and top combo. The fabric is so soft and drapes beautifully. The true navy colour is just lovely.

At the early stages of a lightweight summer shirt for my OH. He loves the blue checked version from a couple of years ago. The fabric is so cool to wear in hot weather, so ideal for holidays. Very easy to handle and sews up really well.

Really good fabric to sew, it even frays nicely, all seams were overlocked, and I did topstitched all seams on this style arc monty shirt dress. Unfortunately the dress does not have hanger appeal, but it is beautiful. Will definitely buy more of this fabric, very soft and silky.

I've bought double gauze previously from PF to make my holiday wardrobe. When I saw this one at a great price, I thought it would be perfect for some dresses for work if the summer heats up.

Pound Fabrics never disappoints! This beautiful watercolour flowers linen blend has sufficient weight to hang beautifully and is also soft enough to drape where it needs to. I made this up in the Tessuti Eva pattern and now have to wait patiently for the weather to warm up so I can wear it!

Got this a while ago, great quality about to attempt to make a large size Dallas Duffel bag to use on my travels. Using this for the outer and the waterproof canvas for the lining and the brown faux leather for the ends of the bag and straps...post when completed!

Surprised at the weight to this fabric but gives it a lovely drape and swish. Easy to cut out and sew with both my overlocker and hemmed on my normal sewing machine. I used Cashemette Westmore Cardigan pattern and was a present for my sister-in-law. Thankfully she loved it. Amazing brgain at just £1 a metre and just wish I'd bought in more colours. generous width so with leftovers managed to make a beautiful top for my friend as well :)

A great fun fabric and a hit with my granddaughter, I made her some dungarees, just awaiting poppers, from a pattern that I used for my daughter 30 year ago. The skirt was a bit of fun to use up leftover fabric.

Bought 1 metre of plain lilac and 1 metre of patterned spandex. Fantastic stretch and beautiful quality. Definately recommend for 4 way stretch leisure items. I made capri length plain with contrast side panels and the reverse for shorts length. Still enough for a top.

Really good fleece fabric at a very reasonable price. I wanted to make a dressing gown and chose a dark colour as I have two black dogs and a constant battle with dog fur! I used an old pattern, Butterick B5537, and made a size larger than I really need as it is so comforting to really wrap the dressing gown around me in winter. I lined the garment throughout with polycotton as my skin is very sensitive and reacts badly when directly in touch with fabrics like fleece. The dressing gown fell...

Lovely fabric to work with. Drapes well and soft to the touch . It does fray slightly on the curves. Doesn’t crease as much as expected and the creases do fall out . Will definitely be buying more

The material is a light weight crepe and is a little difficult to work with but a lovely fabric - well worth the money! Ideally the skirt needs a lining but I just wore it with an underskirt and it's fine

This is in my stash as it was ordered with 2 other colours as we couldn't make up our minds what colour to use. The maroon won the day and the brown and navy are waiting their turn. Nice and thick, made an excellent cover on the footstool my partner made.

Not the best quality fabric and is quite a stiff fabric which I have in red and pink. So far I have used it to line some travel jewellery pouches made for gifts. I love the pattern and am sure it will be used for lots of projects.

undefined review of Navy Spots on Brown Crepe Fabric image 1 out of 1

I love this material. It does say that the dots are navy, but they could be seen as black. It is a bit tricky to sew as it does slip and slide a little. It does start to fray a bit if you have to unpick but take your time and it should be fine. I have edged all my seams with an overlock machine stitch as I don't own an overlocker. It has a lovely drape making it ideal for a blouse. It has washed well and doesn't need ironing as there are no creases, ideal for packing for your holiday. At £5 for...

This fabric is good quality and is lovely to work with. Delivery was very quick and we were kept informed. I have made ceiling blinds for our conservatory. The picture shows the first two up. Just need to attach the grommets to the second two to complete the roof. Very happy with the shade these give.

It’s the first time I have sewed bamboo fabric so it was a little tricky it’s very stretchy, but if you sew slowly you get there in the end. Make sure you use either a stretch needle or ballpoint. My first purchase was a lovely teal colour which I made into a t-shirt. Liked it so much I have now got navy. Thanks PF fast delivery.

Lovely soft fabric. I added a muslin underskirt as I felt it was a l little see through in the sunlight. Only slight negative it was prone to fraying, but I mastered the over locker which solved the issue. Very pleased.

I really liked working with this material. I really wanted to try and make some trousers with a fly zip as all previous makes are elasticated waist. They have turned out very well. I have enough left for another item of clothing, but what yet has to be decided. It is still as a bargain price.

Used the orange and yellow Pound Fabrics 100% cotton to make a noughts and crosses play mat. Have used extra fabric to make it quilt size. Love the strong colours for children. Hope to finish quilting and binding this week and make the 0’s and X’s. Tres en Ralla is Spanish
