Let me tell ya… these peppers lit me up like the 4th of July. I bought them to add to my hot sauce but of course I had to try a bite of the pepper itself. The burn intensified as time went on. I immediately grabbed a gallon of milk out of the fridge and dumped it all over my face. Hottest pepper I’ve ever tried in my life. It’s going to be great in my hot sauce though… feel the burn!! 16 oz is a lot and last a long time, but this is my third time buying a 16oz container because I love and use this habanero powder so much. I put it in chili, soup, and use it to season meats. I have a high tolerance for heat, if you put enough of this yeah it will for sure make you sweat but if you like heat this is a perfect punch and still has flavor. Give it a try, you really can't go wrong with it. It's a staple item in my pantry.

I rehydrated some and made salsa, ground some down in to a powder and used it to season tacos, chili, just about anything that you'd add chili powder too. The Underwood Sriracha sauce is a good replacement for huy fong.
Its is not exactly the same but it is close. The flavor is good and the heat is also. If you are looking for a good substitute Sriracha for huy fong this is the best I have found. Underwood farms grew the red peppers for huy fong so it makes sence their Sriracha tastes like the famous Rooster brand.

I would have posted a picture but I don't have any left. I m personally not a spicy lover but I added this to a recipe for pickles I was trying. It happened to be a very sought after recipe. Great price and quality product. I ground up all the different peppers individually cus the chili powder in the stores just doesn’t cut it. I use at least one if not multiple every day. I love the Carolina reaper but my favorite has become the Trinidad scorpion pepper. Amazing citrus flavor with the right Amount of heat. I use the Carolina reaper for the extra kick with the pickles I make. Endless heat endless fun all and all a great time. Thank you. The beer coozi was the cherry on top.
