I tried this hot sauce brought it home and started using it.. loved it so much that I can't pass the refrigerator without pulling the bottle out and shaking a couple of drops into the palm of my hand... it's gotten so bad that every morning my wife says I smell like taco sauce.. something I guess you'll just have to learn to live with

I'm very satisfied with my purchase, however, In the future I would be happier if Sonoran Spice Co. Provided a build your own package! I'm not a fan of the Ghost Pepper, (it just doesn't taste good to me), and the Jalapeno Powder, (although very tasty), just doesn't have the punch I crave. I was skeptical about how hot the Carolina Reaper Powder actually was. Well, I found out the hard way that it is rather hot. I followed everyone's advice and only put a little bit on my food. I was searching for a cayenne pepper to discourage squirrels from my bird feeders. After some research, I found that your Carolina Reaper is the hottest pepper available. These babies are hot, make great salsa. Also love them for adding to homemade raspberry jam. They rehydrate pretty well by just soaking them in warm water for 10-20 min. They also make the rehydration liquid hot so I also add that into whatever I’m making. Unlike fresh peppers They store for quite awhile so they are perfect if you tend to be busy and can’t always get to making your stuff right away.

These little peppers have great flavor, I love them whole in chili or salsa also great on pizza. They add a nice little zip not overbearing but definitely noticeable a bit hotter than a Cayenne. They are also good just eating them straight up from the bag. Will definitely get more.

It's hard to find actual dried jalapeno pepper 'flakes'. Most of the time I see it in 'powder' format, which doesn't work for some things. If/when I need powder, I just pulse the flakes a few times in my spice grinder....
