After reading an article about the business rift between the maker of the sauce and his chili supplier, Mr. Underwood, I order a bottle of Dragon sauce. Bottom line is that I’m now hooked on Dragon sauce. I think it’s a bit hotter than the original which is a plus for me, but more importantly, I just think it flat out tastes better. It has a fuller, richer, fresher flavor that, in my opinion, separates itself from the original. Well done!

I've loved spicy sauces and chili flakes for most of my life. Every pepper and sauce I have tried, frankly has disappointed me. Nothing was HOT enough for my liking.
So now I've had the Ghost Pepper Flakes and I absolutely love it!
Still not what I was hoping for in the terms of the hype of Ghost Peppers.
Until I find something different, I will enjoy Ghost Peppers for now.

This was a nice surprise. The package was small, you know the kind you get to try. I was really happy with all the flavors. Wow, fresh to powder is different. It added a kick without having to touch the peppers. I was heavy handed the first time, it was a big bunch of flavor. I don't have a favorite yet, because they were all so good.

It's hard to get just the hot and the flavor of the peppers without mixing it into a sauce that degrades the flavor or the heat or even both. These are pure pepper flakes. Now I can put them directly on the foods I want to spice up. A+ can't go wrong with this 5 pack.

Love this ghost pepper sauce and it don't have the strong vinegar taste like so many hot sauces do. Strong vinegar taste covers up the flavor of the sauce and ruins it in my opinion. This has a nice heat to it and a wonderful flavor.

I used the peppers to make a hot sauce at the bar I work at. I use apricots as a base, so I call it 'Nate's Hate-Pricot Sauce'. It has a great initial flavor, sweet and pleasant, then it just hits you over and over, then lingers for probably 10-15 minutes. It hits you in layers and doesn't let up. I also made a spicy simple syrup with the hot water I steeped the chillies in. It's got some kick, but won't melt your face like the hot sauce will.

This is the true Sriracha brand. The sauce most people think of with the roster and green cap was this company then got a new corporate (non American)person and got cheap and tried to undercut a great California farmer who made the most important ingredient...the chilies. This is the real stuff.

This is the sauce you get at quality Thai restraints. Now that I found it for my self, I and my wife have it available to put on our Thia dishes. But I also put it on lots of other things too. Chicken dip, Coleslaw, mix with sweet chili sauce. It is a great side for spicing up many foods. It is not too hot for me, just right. Could be even be hotter, but that's just me as I am used to Habaneros and their heat. Very good sauce, quality!
