I recently began making Dutch oven artisan bread but something was missing. I added some of my Spice Islands ground jalapenos but could not get enough flavor without breaking the bank (overly expensive for a wee quantity). Sonoran Spice items come in a great quantity for a reasonable price. Adding two tablespoons makes a fine loaf. They rehydrate in the baking and the bread is fabulous.
