This product is great if you like spicy. The taste is very subtle at first, then depending on how much aji limo you use, you are hit with a mild to moderate spicy. It’s great for making a multi flavor profile. It won’t overwhelm the initial taste of your food, while giving a very impactful flavor and spice after a few seconds. Highly recommended.

If you love bold heat, the Carolina Reaper is unbeatable. It has an intense, fiery spice with a surprisingly good fruity, smoky flavor before the heat kicks in. A little goes a long way, but it gives that powerful spicy kick every true heat lover wants. The best part is it’s local, and the shipping was super fast too. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for anyone who loves good, strong spice!

Bought 3 different peanut brittles to do a food challenge at work. Consensus was the Scorpion was the least favourite flavor wise. The Carolina Reaper and Ghost Pepper were close in heat with the Reaper taking top spot. Both were flavorful but be prepared for the heat. It heats fairly quickly and builds for a couple minutes and then lingers. Again they are hot so don't go in cocky and grab a big piece.

After hearing that this company had the original peppers for sriracha, I knew I had to order some for my husband and myself, but I also work with a doctor, and both she and her husband were also unhappy with the change in taste/quality from the original, so I got them a bottle. They love it! They say it’s spicier than what they currently are using, and it won’t surprise me if they order more! I’m looking forward to trying ours.

The jalapeno flakes were great. I use them in my annual Halloween sausage gumbo. 2 tbs in the recipee is just the right amount of heat. For over 40 years we have been bringing this to our neighbor's Halloween party. I am not sure they would let us in the door if we didn't bring the gumbo. I make 2 gallons every year & there is never any left over. It is usually gone in the first 2 hours of the party. Looking forward to using the flakes in other recipees.

This is undoubtedly the best hot sauce from Barbados…mustard and spicy little peppers that make just about anything taste better. If you're looking for quick access to heat... these flakes are the best. Beware... too much and you can make a dish un-edible. These flakes are extreme. But they're awesome! You just have to watch what you're doing. Absolutely recommended.

It is hot!!!!! I just love it. My husband is from Liberia Africa and they eat lots of spicy foods. When he cooks he adds like 8-15 scotch bonnet peppers to his dish depending on the dish. We go though these peppers so often I feel as though I need to grow a hot pepper tree🤗 Anyway these are great additions to the level of spice we love. Now I add 5 scotch peppers and 3 scorpion peppers and the foot is blazing spicy. I bought the bag with 250 peppers in them.. Thank you these peppers I love them....

Nothing takes the place of Hatch green chili. These flakes are delicious and ready to add to any dish. My go tos are putting flakes in quesadillas and scrambled eggs and on pizza, but you can add them to anything. I use them in soups and on on fish. Use your imagination. Delivery was quick.

I'm using the powder in a rather atypical way...for groundhog harassment. In an attempt to drive the creature out from under a deck and prevent it tunneling, I'd tried Cayanne pepper, but that wasn't hot enough. I believe the Habanero powder is working, and that the groundhog would probably give it only 1 star. :-)
