I put some in the bottom of my coffee grounds and brew coffee over it. Just a few to add some bite to my coffee. I like Cayenne better but my wife is not a fan of it being too spicy. This pepper adds just a bit a spicy flavor (again, not too much because this can get spicy too).

I buy 2kgs of habanero flakes at a time. I put it in my hand crank lawn fertilizer spreader and distribute around my yard. After a couple of applications the gophers have moved out to the edges and the deer take the long way around. Success!

a drop in a bowl of queso dip and my hubby is happy. He goes through about a bottle of this a year. the flavor is both novelty hot and actually good. It's not just straight scoville hot, it has a nice red peppery flavor that stands out even when mixed into things. Put it into thick, heat soothing things (like queso or dairy) for a survivable bite and nice flavor. Delivery was quick and easy. Fit in the mailbox and was wrapped well.

It is the best hot sauce I have ever had. Most of the other hot sauces are very good but this one is the best. I can put it on almost everything. It is not too hot and very flavorful. For those of you that like a little heat, but not flames coming out of your ears, this is the one for you.
It really wakes up the taste buds. For our old folks, this is a must have. I should know because I am one!

The Bird's Eye Peppers says up to 100,000 SHU on the website, but when you actually get the product, it says 200,000+ SHU. This is a substantial difference. Not sure how it will effect my tincture. I may not have needed the Red Habanero Pepper Flakes.

My husband can’t get ghost pepper salsa in ohio like the one he gets in Texas so he makes his own! He puts about a quarter teaspoon of ghost pepper in his chosen jar of salsa and it makes it perfect! He eats it every day. He also uses the pepper on many other things but that was the biggest reason we purchased it.

Love the flavor! Compared to the bird's eye chili (another I bought to increase my tolerance above what I had been using, cayenne) it's much sweeter and more tolerable (no metallic taste). Well, spicy. The burn builds and is nearly unbearable for like 5-10 minutes but paired with dairy it's great, I like it even better than cayenne pepper. It makes my nose run though, which cayenne didn't. I can tell this bottle's gonna last me at least a year LMAO. Cheers to being able to eat spicier food!

These spices are excellent. I was a former cook in AZ and the jalapeño pepper powder is a must for a white bean chicken chili. I've used the habanero and ghost pepper powders in beef chilis, a pinch goes a long way. I love that these are all just pure chili powders, as a ex cook I want the control of the other spices added.

Best flakes i've ever purchased, and will continue to order the bundle for my collection! The only constructive criticism I can think of is using one of the tops with the larger openings for the jalapeno flakes. They are the biggest flakes but have the smallest lid holes! Very fragrant. Reminds me strongly of habanero or scotch bonnet, but not as fruity or as hot. It is still very hot though, a small dash into a bowl of ramen will definitely take it to "buldak" level and impart a great flavor.

The chipotle flakes came in a fast and timely manner. I used the chipotle flake to make a Smokey homemade pepper jack cheese, although the cheese has to age and ripened I took a nibble of the young cheese curd with the chipotle flakes and it tasted amazing.
