I purchased this frame as a gift for my daughter and prior to giving it to her I wanted to load some special images and videos. The instructions in the box don't quite match up with what you have to do, so some helpful hints. AND you do need a computer to load images and videos. It won't load from a phone or tablet. My mistakes..... 1). Initially I tried to use my MacBook USB-C to USB-C.... WRONG!! You must use USB-C to USB that is supplied otherwise the frame won't talk to the computer....

Easy enough to set up. We bought one for aging parents and ourselves, and they are still managing to transfer images OK without too much assistance from me. Images are not as clear as the ones on our phone or computer, but OK. Initially wanted to get as many photo's on at once but this means you have a comment that encapsulates all those photo's.
