I have been trying to connect my single lamp to the 2 I sent to my grandkids without any luck at all. I have been emailing the help desk, the response has been quick, with helpful feedback however, The lamp still doesn’t work as I had hoped. I will keep trying because I really want them to connect.
It could be user error, of course, however I hoped it would be easier to work.
