Far from mucking around with other resuppliers, straight to Artisan Barista. A trifle more expensive but prompt delivery. And my scales are a delight to use.

I use this scale alongside my Acaia white Lunar scale and both are spot on accurate, would like to see a white rubber casing for this model so I can match with my other white scale

Amazing product, it did arrive slightly scuffed and quite dirty for some reason but only superficial damage. Functions are all easy to use and is perfect for pourover

Delivery was almost instantaneous and as far as the leveller is concerned, it's nice and weighty and does a very nice job.

Looks great, compact, grinds well and is quiet. I use the 54mm portafilter attachment and one improvement I could suggest is a shield at the front to direct the ground coffee into the portafilter and prevent the grinds spraying all over the bench

We purchased for making baby formula and it’s perfect! You can heat to the exact temp and pour to the ml

Heats up really well and the adjustable flow rates sold it for me. There was an issue with my kettle which AB rectified immediately. Very happy with the support. Only gripe is it doesn't default to reheat after kettle is lifted off. Have to press the reheat button every time

Advertised as a click tamper but doesn't actually click! Was informed that to depress it fully to achieve a consistent tamp. It has been working well, so can't complain, thought haven't tested with different levels of fill in the portafilter to see how it handles these.
