Absolutely in love with this stuff! AM blend Gives me the kick I've been needing every day. PM blend has significantly helped with sleep and staying asleep. Stress levels are much better, mood is better, hormones are more balanced, and depression is more suppressed!

I have ADHD and struggle to fall asleep and I do think these have been helping. I struggle to do anything constantly so sometimes I do forget to take it. If I've forgotten, I typically end up lying awake in bed for hours before I can fall asleep. I usually struggle to stay alseep during the night but since having one of the hot chocolates each night before I go to bed I’ve noticed not only am I staying alseep all night but I’m actually having a good deep sleep each night. It’s also definitely helped reduce stress which is super ideal with going back to study in a few weeks, can tell the Moodi hot chocolate is gonna be my bestie after a long day of study :)

The am blends are amazing!! An increase in energy & sense of wellbeing without jitters, nausea or a crash. I've given up coffee completely and my morning blood sugar levels have stabilised significantly when I have my moodi first thing. I appreciate the AM alternative to caffeine in the morning. I can enjoy a delicious drink without the racing heart that other coffee gives me. It took me a couple of weeks to notice a change. I have increased energy, less anxiety, more motivation and happy to have a coffee substitute. My stomach can’t process coffee anymore. I used to have it will a whole cup of almond or coconut milk, but have noticed it’s just as good with water and a splash of milk. Doesn’t seem to affect the taste at all.
