I'm always a sceptical person, but I needed a change and moodi is just what I needed for my mind body and soul! Helps me with cravings for sure and my mental health, blue vanilla is my faaaave, smashed it. And the glass smoothie jar with glass straw just makes the experience that much more enjoyable. This is the second batch of moodi blends , both times ordering the bundle package, I work in a highly demanding role in the government sector, dealing with long days and I make a smoothie with berries and coconut milk with moodi blends , it tastes devine better, I'm finding I'm having full night sleeps now and not waking up at 3am , my mood is better due to this. My partner and I love it. Less cravings, exactly none anymore for us (we love our chocolat and sweet snacks), more energy. I feel better personally. My partner uses it in milk with muesli banana and another fruit and I use it in my smoothies. Works perfect, easy to use.

As someone who hates pea protein with a passion I was hesitant to try moodi but kept seeing it pop up on IG. I can tell you this is the one and only pea protein that I have found to really enjoy! It’s not grainy or chalky, the flavours are amazing too! A moodi blend gets me through my afternoon crash and I feel way more balanced mood wise going into the evening. I do feel I’m sleeping better too.

You wouldn’t think it’s salted caramel looking at my smoothie but my morning smoothie wouldn’t be the same without my salted caramel protein…..not just the taste….which is so yummy, but my overall mood is just so much better when I have it. The Elixirs always is my favourite. I love both pineapple and Pink lemonade taste. Both felt super refreshing and definitely can felt the different of my gut. I felt more energetic for the whole day. I really look forward to my Moodi smoothie in the mornings. Love it as a smoothie bowl or drink. It tastes so delicious. Currently I've been mixing mine with frozen spinach, banana, avocado, water, a splash of almond milk and a little raw Cacao to make a real choc decadent breakfast treat.

Gut health is really important to maintain overall health, especially in menopausal years.
