Overall I really like the bike with a few exceptions. The battery life is much shorter than I expected. Also, the indicator for the Battery Charge is done in Percentage and its wildly inaccurate. This is probably because its just a straight percentage of voltage which will never be accurate.
Lastly, I ordered this bike with an Accessory package as part of the deal. Its been a month and they haven't sent the accessory package. I have texted and they said it was back-ordered, but they don't ...

My plans are for camping with my H9 Ultra. This trailer is really appropriate for taking you dogs or getting groceries riding on city streets, not down USFS two tracks. It does fold up nicely and is light weight but the tires could be more robust.

I am very disappointed with the support I have received so far. I understand that sometimes there is defects with products but I have reached out help with a battery that is supposed to be 48v and I am only getting 5.5VDC in the off or on position. It has been almost 2 weeks and this situation is not resolved. I am now frustrated and disappointed.

At this point, I am very satisfied with my new bike. I am having trouble with the shifting derailleur. I am familiar with how to adjust Shimano derailleurs however I am not able to adjust mine into the bottom or lowest gear nor the top or highest gear. I have tried twice so far without any success.

Multiple problems with the Wallke H6 that I received. The front motor getting no power, seat wouldn’t hold into place, front brakes had to be aligned and the front bolts in so tight I couldn’t adjust them with tools provided. The only plus so far is the bike looks aesthetically nice and customer service has been helpful so far to try to resolve the issue. We will see how it goes from here.
Side note also if you plan to take this bike off roading, unless it’s flat terrain, not a good bike for i...
