It's an excellent e-bike. I do have one big problem with the design of the battery box. There should be some lock that holds the battery in place when folding the bike so it doesn't slide out of the tube unchecked!

Pretty decent bike to honest. No major issues yet, but I have put almost 300 miles on it so far and it seems like it’s going to be a good bike. I know sooner or later something electronic will fail, but that’s just part of it. It has sufficient power, but that range though.. That’s what impressed me.

Only had it out for the past week or so but have managed 175km of riding and recharged for the first time at 95km. Hardly ever use power level 5 as I can’t pedal fast enough to keep up with it! Very impressed with the torque!! So far no issues other than the rear suspension isn’t as smooth as I’d like, but still totally rideable.

I really like my Wallke H9 AWD… the really big problem is the WEIGHT…. This bike is so heavy I can’t get it up or down the few 8 steps of my apartment…. So until I love the only way I can use this e-bike is when I have someone at home that can assist me to get it up and down just 8 steps.

The H7 is a lot more friendlier than the X3 Pro that I bought a couple of weeks earlier. It seems to get a little easier to handle with each time I ride it. Maybe it's because an 80 year-old man is a slow learner!

The X3 has good power with a comfortable ride and ease of use ! I wished the handlebars came with an adjustable stem so they could be raised up higher also I think it would be useful if the trip meter didn’t erase when the bike is turned off. The tail light could be brighter and the seat stem should have knurling on it so it won’t sink down after a long ride . Love it overall .

Bike is fast and long batt life. Throttle is dangerous and can propel the bike if you are not careful. If you throttle then brake to get off it still has a power jump in it. Will switch to half throttle as that is what it should have.
Asked support to send me two but they wouldn’t.
The store is sold out. Getting used to the weight and handling of the bike as its a big bike. Off road it crawls over any terrain.

It would be beneficial allowing your customers to select their preference of the following:
-either twist or thumb throttle.
-mirrors
-windshield
-either off-road or street tires
As of now, I have not experienced any failures or extreme difficulties with my H7.
I do strongly recommend editing the wording in the manual(s). Some phrases are confusing or downright wrong. I have offered my assistance in this regard and continue to offer same.

The Bike is great. We had a problem with the tires shaking so he hung it up and deflated and aired it up to make it even and that fixed it. The problems are from a brand new bike there are scratches on the rims, the front left brake is faulty. No matter how many times we bled it and refilled it it goes soft. Nice ebike... Lots of torque. Dinging it one star because of a few things. Chainring could have a few more teeth of free wheel. Could be 11-34t. They took helpful display elements from the display like Watts, amperage, controller temp. Can't lower speed in each pas setting even though the instruction manual shows it.

I love the bike but I had some grinding issues on the front tire/breaking components that I had to figure out myself. I would like to see more accessories for this bike to include foot pegs and passenger handlebars or something for kids. Overall the H7 has a great battery with a long life. No issues thus far with electronic components but I haven’t had it long.

To be honest the rear shocks are terribly stiff and everyone is complaining about them and the fact that there are no aftermarket shocks to replace with. I have tried multiple seats but any time I take a 10-20 mile ride, my rear hurts so bad for a couple days after. I don’t know why you didn’t use adjustable shocks or at least use shocks with standard mounting points so we can use other aftermarket shocks.

We do love them the issue as a women I have is I can barely touch tip toes to ground & my husband not much more . They are extremely heavy.
They do fold which is a great space saver . But we are older people with the height it’s all in the shoe a good solid boot with thick sole & a heel . And maybe all this is our fault ?? My husband sees & buys . If he had done some research maybe you make lighter weight or lower to ground .

Driving distance is prox. 40km on flat surface, single motor. Constant up hill using dual motors in weather 25- 30C it will stop multiple times. Motor and battery was on touch warmer. Had to stop, restart it after two or more minutes. There is on front steering neck a movement clearance, no adjustment. Rear wheel fork is to 20mm to wide, that why was striped thread on axle and nut...from assembly.
