The scooter is a really smooth ride and the battery life is insane! It gets long range and the cruise control is great! It’s a little on the heavier side so it’s hard to load and unload into a truck or car, only problem I have with it is the front headlight doesn’t work coming straight out of the box and the breaks weren’t adjusted, other than that it’s perfect! I definitely recommend this scooter

The bike is solid, big, and I LOVE it.
However, if it can have a dual battery version or somehow accommodate a larger battery, that would be awesome.
A full charge, it only last about 20 - 30 miles on some Level 5 paddle assist with both or rear wheel only.

This is my third e-bike, and by far my favorite for its range and power. No more worrying about my battery running low. It would take a ride well over 100 miles to deplete the battery.
As for comfort, I did change the seat to a bigger more comfortable one. The front and rear suspensions are great and tackles rough road with ease. The foldable function is easy to operate and very convenient when room is limited.
As for the power, it offers different setting, ECO, Front Drive, Rear Drive...

My only complaint is the rattling banging noise it makes if you hit bumps, go off road or just jump off a curb. It took me a while to find the noise which is the controller that is behind the connectors for the battery inside the short part of the center frame. Like many things we buy, we try to make it better for ourselves.
I immediately changed out the shock for an adjustable air shock. Much better ride.

Took me a while to get used to the fat tires and weight of the bike. I love the power and still getting acquainted with gears and power bands, what to use going steep hills. Only problem I’ve encountered, is how the bar around the back battery hits my lower back. I have moved the battery back as far as I can but still having the same issue. Other than that I have enjoyed this bike. Would be 5 stars if not for this issue.

Only 2 concerns thus far after having put 80 miles on the bike this weekend. 1) with the second battery installed it makes the front end light, and because of this when I park the bike the front tire tends to want to rotate. I really wish it had more torque but I like that it goes 29 miles basically with throttle only I do pedal almost all the time but hardly any help to the motor. I bought it for using when I go hunting so hopefully it has enough power to get me up the hills at my land will let you know what I think after November

The bike was easy to unpack and assemble. There was no damage to the bike during transit. It is winter here so I've only ridden it twice for a total of 2.5 miles (4 km). I like the way the PAS, throttle, and drive wheel selection works. I haven't tried adjusting any other factory settings yet.

Overall very nice Bike. Large capacity battery. Bike seems well made.. Well thought out design. I thought the hill climbing ability would be better given the dual 1000W motors. This bike is heavy but long wheel base provides a smooth ride.

Controller failed at 12 months. Replacement controller cost $150. H7 AWD is functional again. Shipping from China via air and USPS stateside took about 2 weeks.
