I purchased the Wallke X3 PRO in late August. The bike arrived on time Sept 2nd. There was a slight problem with the derailleur but Wallke went above and beyond to correct the issue as quickly as possible. Love the bike—plain and simple. It rides great and feels solid. Swapping the full throttle for a half twist was definitely the right move; you should offer that option at checkout—better to pay you than a bike shop. The chain could use a guard—it’s popped off three times already. Not a deal-breaker, but a small rail in the back would fix it. I received my H9 60Ah ebike last week and assembled it with no issues whatsoever. It is a beast! For the money, I will say it is an outstanding value. It looks to be a high quality bike. Well made and heavy duty. I have not gotten it out on the road yet but will follow up with an evaluation when I do. I do have suggestions related to assembly instructions. You need more pictures coordinated with the text. I actually ordered the H6 for a friend that was looking for a cargo bike for fishing and hunting. I headed him your way because I bought a 2.0 years ago and have been very happy with the bike and the tech support from Wallke. The H6 came early and was packaged very well. My wife and I love our new H9 Bikes. The only complaint is the website shows that a shorter rider should get the 40amp bike as the seat goes down farther. well this is not true they redesigned the bike and the 40 and 60 amp batteries are the same size so I recommend just ordering the 60amp for any rider 5' 4" and above. They did give us a deal on the 20amp battery kit but still would have been cheaper just to have ordered both bikes with the 60amp battery. Other than that so far we love them...

Technically I Own The GEN 3 Outcross Bike , Which Was A Somewhat Lesser Version Of The Wallke F2. The 1st day a 10 mile up hill ride in power #3 at speeds up to 25 MPH and down hill up to 35.
