I've literally tried every brand that sells 100mm wheels. Most are so hard that skating isn't enjoyable in a boot without a liner. My go to wheels for the past few years have been the MPC Black Magic and Bont Red Magic. The only issue I had with those is that they start to crack and I've had some separate from the core. Review update after ~6days on a 3-wheel setup (normally on rockered 231mm slalom&freestyle frames, not a speed skater). The 105mm Typhoon wheels work great like all MPC wheels I use, though I purchased them because the unique size provides ~1.25deg wheel rocker compared to 1.4deg on (243mm) machined rockered frames. I've had my Parkstars for about a month and just love them! Upon first try-on, they were a little tight and uncomfortable, so expect some break-in time. These are great! I wanted an outdoor skate and I got it. I love the color... but more importantly, the feel. I have a wide feet and the standard toe box fits wide... no special order needed. Love these boots. Fit perfect right out of the box. Used Bonts recommended sizing chart. I would have thought that size 11 would be too small, but they were not. SUCH an upgrade from my Impalas! My foot is wide, especially in the ball, and after heat molding these fit very well. I am typically a 9.5 wide or 10 in US women's sizes, and ordered a 6.5. First wheel set upgrade since starting out. Swapped with the VNLa Backspin tuxedo wheels. As I really liked the heavier sticky wheels it was time to upgrade to something lighter and less grippy.
