Absolutely the best wheels I have ever ridden. The aluminum hubs provide outstanding control. The soft inner urethane allows for smooth landings when jumps are required. I bought a second set, and will probably buy a 3rd. I'm very dissapointed if these wkll really be discontinued. I'd be more than happy to pay full price for these... they're really that good. Regarding spacers: I had a set of 10.10mm spacers, and found my wheels to be most efficient with the 10.20mm spacers recommended by Bont.

If you are rolling larger wheels (68mm and 70mm), those wheels are going to need a place to hang out when you are not using them. This is the bag. I have looked around, and a 150mm x 150mm x 105 mm bag is not that easy to find. Granted, the Royal Assassin wheel box is sturdy and a very good place to store your wheels,... Until the box blows out. This bag IS the way to go.

It was very exciting to see the Royal Assassin Wheels on the website in 96A, 68 x 44 mm, in the colors of Purple and Silver with UV. (So Cool!). I also added a set of Bont 608 Ceramic bearings. The combination of the two gave me a runout of over two (2) minutes several times. They are going to be great for cursing. I can't wait... And it's Scott Corey Urathane, it can't get much better.

The first thing to mention is that you will not go unnoticed, anywhere, it is impossible not to attract attention with these beautiful skates, but if there is something worth highlighting is the comfort of these skates. I never thought I could finish a 30-mile route on the first day of using them. It had been a long time since I used speed skates and these brought back beautiful memories. I recommend them 100%.

These Bont skates are very well made, and I get lots of compliments on the design. They fight snug but not too tight and the bearings and wheels are very smooth. These are great! The heat molding process made these a really comfy fit. I was skating on R3s before and the higher ankle on these feels very supportive in comparison. The toe box is very roomy! I had a huge issue with the toe stop allen screws on the installed plates being very tightened down and stripping super quickly when I tried to unscrew them. The boot was out of stock when i ordered and was told through email it could b 5-7 weeks but i was very happy it only took 4 weeks to get to me. I also asked for the plate to be changed to a plate that has a toe stopper mount. They fit and feel great and I got many compliments when I wore them Friday night.

I was skeptical going with a 70mm wheel at first. After about an hour I decided I love them. I lost little as far as maneuverability goes but gained a tremendous amount of stability, both backwards and on toes. With a magical amount of speed I didn't expect from them was awesome. And they turned everyone's head and I've gotten a ton of compliments. I really like my Ghost Assassins and Astros but I love these.

Better, faster, smoother 😁 I like the setup. With these wheels you will need a bearing puller. I'm used to plastic hubs. Otherwise a quiet, super smooth setup. Have only had a chance to skate one 18 mile run but very nice.

Good fit! I normally wear size 9 in mens but had to order 7.5 to get the proper fit. They feel good for the most part. They are slim with not much padding so one of the sides rubbed below my ankle & caused an abrasion. I’m thinking I’ll go ahead & head mold them & use thicker socks. I’m sure that’ll take care of it. Other than that I am happy with them & can’t wait to use them more!
