I ordered ten coins. When I received shipment the package was ripped open and three coins were missing. Emailed company and received shift return email to sort out missing coins. Excellent response and they are sending missing coins. The coin itself is an awesome piece. I've already handed out four coins and the Veterans were very appreciative. The coins are beautiful. Only disappointment is the Promise of a 5 day delivery is a bit of a stretch. I ordered 10 coins and it was over a month for delivery. My Second order was place only a couple of days of my first order and I have yet to receive this order, going on 5 weeks now. If you have low inventory you should not be advertising 5 day delivery.
