I love your service and really love the painting I purchased. The only thing problem for me was the painting was too small (my fault in measuring, not yours). When I looked at getting a larger version of the painting I looked at the return policy and saw that I could not exchange it because I had it framed. My suggestion is to put the return policy front and center on the home page so clients know to only order a canvas unframed if they have any doubts.

Painting is very nice, but process to track and get updates was lacking. I never received a receipt for the purchase and for weeks I wondered if it was a scam since I got no information about the order until I sent an email inquiry. A receipt when the order was placed as well as a estimate of when the painting would be delivered would have been much better.
