The painting is awesome , My only complaint is that I did not receive instructions or hardware to hang it. I contacted customer service 2 times but never got a response I just want to know best way and what kind of hardware I should use to hang it

Beautiful painting. I like how you all kept me updated on the progress and gave me the opportunity to see the portrait when it was complete. Packaged well for shipping.

The artist sent us a picture before our piece shipped. It was exactly as pictured. The art looks great in our home and came every well packaged to avoid damage during shipping.

We fell in love with the pictures online, and the real life version was even better. Well done, and the packaging and handling was sublime to ensure it arrived in tact. 10/10

Had my eye on it for a long time. So glad that I finally said "OK yes just buy it!" First truly artistic piece that I've ever bought. Liked it so much that I had to buy a second Artexplore. I had large wall space to fill. This piece does the job beautifully. It's an eye catcher that is superior to hanging a group.

The painting arrived from Korea via DHL Express in a large wooden box. Unfortunately, the frame is cracked. I assume from being shipped 8000 miles. The painting itself was fabulous. Better than anticipated.

The colors, depth, and overall artistic qualities are unique features. It is a beautiful piece of artwork. Unfortunately, the frame arrived cracked. Painting travels a long way from South Korea.

I am very happy with this product. It is very similar to what is shown on their website and they email a photo for approval prior to shipping. This company also responds to emails well. Just know that the painting is not signed. Probably due to it being a painted copy of the original. The framing was done well. I am very pleased and would order from them again.

Although Painting is beautiful, unfortunately had to cancel my orde because client changed mind. Artexplore's customer service was wonderful and understood and refunded my purchase timely. I will absolutely use Artexplore again.

Thus is a beautiful piece of wall art. It’s exactly as advertise. It took a little longer to provide them originally thought, however, the correspondence with the owner media all just fine. This piece of artwork is going to be displayed in our salon for many years to come. Thank you so much forthe great customer service.

The picture looks great. Just as expected but way too hard to get out of the wood box it came in so I will probably not be able to order again but the picture looks great.

Wow! Simply amazing art work!! Very good service provided by Mark and his team. They kept me informed throughout the process. Shipped promptly with very nice and sturdy packaging. It arrived in about 4-5 weeks. Simply gorgeous!! I would highly recommended this company and would love to be their repeat customer.

Artist was a delight to work with and was very responsive. They were able to modify my painting to my liking and I was grateful for that. Stretching the canvas is an addition $100-200 so if you want it stretched, plan for that on top of the painting price.Very happy!

The painting is just as seen!! Beautiful!! We would have liked a really big size like the inspiration picture! Be sure to measure out the size you're thinking!! We got just the canvas and bought a sale picture with frame at a local big box store. Took it apart and stapled the ARTEXPLORE painting over the clearance print!! It turned out amazing!!Thank you JUNE for your beautiful work!!

I just got this painting delivered last week. I’m still deciding between 2 different places to put it. I absolutely love the painting. The company checked with me once my painting was done. I wanted one tiny change and “ no problem.” They fixed it and rechecked with me. It came in perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend!
