Beautiful artwork. BUT…. I was disappointed in the quality wood structure the canvas was stretch on and the quality of the frame (silver metal). The hanging mechanism was also cheap, flimsy, and awkward. They should provide a hanging wire. Next time I will only purchase the art work as a rolled canvas and frame myself.

Good experience overall and communication was good - but messages came from random text numbers vs a number identified as the website, so I was suspicious it was a scam at first.
A little disappointed in the painting - it is a bit flat and doesn’t have the depth and warm colors of the picture on website. It feels cold. Wish it had more warm tones, but it is well done and looks close enough to picture.

We absolutely LOVE the photo, however, the frame is warped by 1 3/8" on the left bottom. It sticks out from the wall. Thankfully the side that is warped isn't seen due to a book case being next to it. I would definitely return the frame if it wasn't so large and difficult.

It is really nice and replaces one I ordered from you years ago but it warped as it was rapped canvass and I could not fix it. This time I got framed. Much better. BUT it was nearly impossible to get out of the box. You should make it clear that you need a crow bar. Screw driver and hammer doesn't work. I am 74 yo and it was too difficult for me. I think you should give me a credit because I had to hire a handy man to remove it...not to mention the warped previous one.
