I think it may help more if there was content on insurance. I recently signed up for bark.com to start as an instructor. I haven't started yet but j see a lot of profiles say that their insurance is paying. For a profession that doesn't require a license, it becomes easily confusing on how receiving that payment would work. I also youtubed videos of sessions life coaches have had with their clients. The Course for the Certified Employee Performance Coach was great! I loved the presentations and the information was relevant to my role in the workplace. I have been performing these duties for quite some time now and it is great to be able to add the certification credential to my resume. I've tried other cert_courses and they were OK. The difference to me is that my instructors hold and captivates my attention because they deliver the content according to who iam as a practitioner.
