It was laid out very well, a lot of information to replay and re-digest later. Using the pdf worksheets to adapt to my clients. The ability to access the bite-sized videos, make copies and adapt the pdf files, plus the ebook any time in the future made it all worth the time. I've done other ol courses, not too often do you get print-outs of what was said, for those who do better at reading then listening.
