This was a comprehensive course, and I liked the way that repetition was introduced in the lessons so that the lessons learned are reviewed through a different perspective. I must say though that getting in touch with customer service has been difficult, and disappointing . I’ve reached out several times to receive assistance as I cannot access my account due to not being able to login and have yet to receive a reply.

One small suggestion: if possible- since the course is form/template heavy, if you could provide those for download upfront, so we can print them out at once, that would be great.
