When I first started the Transformation academy NLP practitioner and Life Coach program I was nervous because I was a beginner. As I got through the modules I started to gain more confidence because of my instructors and how they explained everything so you can understand the materials. This is a really great class! Felt great after the first session and I'm more committed to gaining more insight from this class. The experience of participating in the exercises, gaining knowledge from others in the class helps to know others intentions and experiences also. We participated in the Grounding and Self healing exercise. I do daily and I feel a true calmness from the experience. This class was more than I expected.
