I just wish they would make their bracelets a bit bigger as they are very tight and uncomfortable on my wrist and stops me from wearing them as often as I want, which is daily lol. When I got my bracelet, I downloaded the app and started tracking my giraffe. Well I can join an issue, my giraffe hasn’t moved in about a month, I got it in may and it hasn’t moved since April. I contacted customer support and they did an amazing job helping me get a new giraffe to track. Super simple super easy. (The tracker fell of the other giraffe they assume)
