Well honestly I'm mostly just not dissatisfied, I haven't had any issue with the shipping process or product, so I haven't had to interact with customer service at all, which is always a win, but no reason to give it a full 5 stars, either. Satisfied, but haven't been out of the way impressed, so good job. Looking forward to what other animal options there are in the future.
