While the product is great, the packaging is extremely bad. The product itself is not in a box but shipped in a plastic bag without any protection at all. Bare finished wood protected by only thin plastic. This is the second product I have ordered and both arrived dented and chipped. Which I fixed--at the very least put the product in a box then ship it in a bag if you must. Common sense would tell you with no real protection it will arrive damaged.

my experience was not good. by mistake i ordered four necklaces: one for my wife, one for my soulmate and two for my daughter. i have returned three, wife ,soulmate and one daughter. i have not received any confirmation that they have been returned or if my credit card was refunded the price of the three necklaces. i will not recommend your company base on the soul problem of the failure on your part to let me know what is going on with the returns.

The entire process from presentation to purchase was excellent. The packaging, however, was ridiculous!!! This item was shipped in a bubble envelope with no added protection. This is inadequate!!! Thankfully the item was not damaged. I was going to see if you had a similar product for my wife but decided against it. For what you charged for shipping, you could have protected the item better than you did. Sorry to make such a fuss over this. Bit it’s enough for me not to buy from you again.
