It was well worth the effort to make the purchase. The items are beautiful. The only issue was packaging. On the first attempt the package was damaged and one of the two items ordered was completely destroyed. However, customer service was amazing and the next shipment was triple-wrapped and survived intact. All I can say is the workmanship was outstanding and the customer service was second-to-none.
