The necklace itself is gorgeous and very well made, the only issue I had is that the plaque it comes with seems to be an engraved piece of metal, but it was actually just a sheet of paper that could be easily lost.

I was disappointed in how long it took the necklace to arrive at my doorstep. The sales pitch said 3-5 days and it took 3 weeks. I kept contacting your site for info about how much longer it will take and I started getting replies that your site doesn't exist. That was irritating and bad business practice. The bracelet was ordered on Dec 5 and it finally showed up on Dec. 24. The bracelet and box was in excellent shape and my daughter loved it. So everything turned out fine and I'm happy.

The product was beautiful but the customer service sucks I ordered the necklace but I hit the wrong box and I wanted to get the necklace from dad not mom 5 minutes after noticing my mistake tried to get it corrected and I received absolutely no help .I kept trying for weeks and still no help then I get a message saying tour ordered has shipped thank you for your purchase .
