I had a wonderful experience with this company! Ordered 2 necklaces for Christmas and apparently wasn't paying attention. Both were supposed to be from "dad." When I received shipping confirmation I noticed. I contacted the company knowing full well I had made the mistake. They responded immediately and got the correct one put in the mail at no additional charge. I order a lot online and don't see this level of customer service very often anymore. The necklaces were very nice!

At first I was worried because I couldn’t find a phone number after I had bought the product and the email address wasn’t working. I thought oh no I just fell for a scam. So I had to improvise a bit in the sense of this was intended for my wife from our daughters, but in searching the site I couldn’t find anything similar to this gift with a card from a daughter to her mother. My only ask is that maybe you guys can customize the back plate to say “daughters” or “sons” etc. to the respective receiver of the gift.

My daughters loved it. I didn't realize that it lit up when opened - nice touch. My only disappointment was the two of them were just thrown in an envelope without any protective wrapping between them and as a result they were both slightly damaged on the edges that touched.
