I didn’t think the people at Kosmos was going to get my order out in time for the holiday. I was starting to freak out lol, and then I got an email with an updated shipping timeline that worked out perfect. My fried turkeys had been a fan favorite for years until everyone tried the smoked turkey this year. This was my first smoked turkey, of course I pick Thanksgiving to experiment with and it was perfection. Thanks Q and Team! Love your products. Ps, I also thought $50 was a lot for this produc...

I prepped and marinated the wings overnight. One batch was lemon pepper mixed with olive oil and the other was kickin Cajun mixed with olive oil. I put them in my pellet smoker, with apple wood pellets and smoked them for two hours. I finished them off in the oven at 300* for an hour. Ravable flavor!

Followed your directions that came with your Turkey Brine Kit. Pat the inside dry of the turkey with paper towels. One hour before cook time, place the turkey on counter top to season with Dirty Bird Rub and stuff the inside of the turkey with some bread crumb dressing. We used a Short Rib Drum Smoker. Once the drum reached 275 Deg, place the turkey in and smoked it for 1-1/2 hrs with some pecan wood. Pulled the turkey and placed a cooling grate inside of a foil pan, poured a cup of chicken bro...

The wing dust is awesome! I rinsed the wings (12) and placed them in a bowl with about 2 tablespoons of baking powder for about 30 minutes. Then I rinsed them until the water was no longer discolored and patted them dry. I placed the wings on an oiled cooling rack and sprayed them with avocado oil and placed them in the oven for about one hour at 300 degrees. Rotating once during that time. Then I removed them and place them in a bowl and put about 2 teaspoons of dust on them and flipped ...

First time ordering online. Previously purchased at Krogers. The packaging is impressive and well done. The one pound packages are a steal at this price. Appreciated the extra promo's. First time trying the Double Pepper cow cover. Used it on some chops, smoked for and hour, unbelievable flavor. Excited to try the others!!

The flavor of this seasoning is interesting. It’s labeled as maple/cinnamon. When I tasted the seasoning by itself, I tasted notes of caramel followed by butter. I tried this seasoning to make cinnamon rolls. It added a caramel flavor to them. The only question I have is why is it called a rub? The only meat I can imagine using this on is a ham.
