I was experiencing throbbing and severe pain in my right knee. The pain lasted throughout the day and disrupted my sleep at night. Xrays revealed arthritis and bone spurs. I tried everything from heating pads, cold packs, voltaren, tiger balm, magnesium oil, etc. After consistently using the ginger stick for a couple of days, my pain went away and I have been able to sleep peacefully again.

Oh but NOW…I put a drop of SWEET GINGER OIL on that elbow and 1 drop on each hand and work it into those finger joints. I am back to being a blanket making fool!🤣😂

Absolutely loved the North Carolina Sweet Ginger Rub. I used this on any ache I have especially at the end of the day. My family and I went recently on vacation to Florida for 7 days.
