I’m used to popping three Motrins before I do a double however I made sure I took a hot shower rubbed my legs, feet and back down with the recovery oil and the sweet ginger rub. This Sweet Ginger Vapor Rub by Charles Warren is the best thing that I have used since I was diagnosed in 2010 with lupus, Sjogren’s syndrome, and rheumatoid arthritis. At night, right before bed. I rub my legs and my feet with the Sweet Ginger Vapor Rub. It allows my legs and body to rest. I have found sleep on those really painful nights.
