Great little twig stove . Warms up a hot meal easy easy. Match it up with a Kräftig rod, tinder wick and a pot and your good to go. Really wanting a Kessel kettle to go with the kit. Can’t wait till it’s back in stock.

The old bird nest and sticks were easy to light. After only the second strike, the wick was lit. Started the bird nest then used the bellows to get the fire going more. A great starter kit for any survival pack

What can I say. I've been trying to break it by burning it just about every night. So far no luck! My wife and I burn this thing like a fire pit. Instead of using our big pit which burns to much wood. I also took it to a friends birthday party last night, all my friends want one now! It creates heat!

I love this kuksa! The handle fits perfectly in my hand with a comfortable balance, even when filled with tea, and I also love the texture along the sides. I’m sure it was to provide a good grip, but I like running my fingers across it. Very meditative.

The stainless steel flatpack stove did great job for cooking with both the light-weight Kessel pot and with our 5-lb. cast iron griddle (pictured). My son cooked bacon and eggs on it with ease, and this was our first time cooking over a fire! Great customer service from Darek who promptly replied to answer my question about weight limitations for the stove a few weeks ago!

Bought the Uberleben flat pack stove for my bike touring trip next year. I ended up purchasing the stainless steel stove because the titanium version was sold out. It is a little heavier than the titanium version, but I personally feel you could still get away with using it during a bike tour trip. In order to get the fire going, you will have to start with a small amount of twigs and then gradually add more than the fire gains momentum just like you would with starting a bonfire. I also purcha...

This is a great tool, that I am still learning how to use! Look forward to the day when it's as easy as it looks in the video! Love that I have a fire starter!

Great ferro! Throws more heat than my other rods. Probably last forever as you don't need as many strikes as other rods; did I say this thing is fat! Buy it!

I use the wick and sparker to start fires in my woodstove. It's not quite as easy as it looks, but I'm getting it! I love that I don't have to buy matches or anything with plastic to make fire!

I really enjoy holding my wood in the morning it just makes having coffee special and it’s a handsome piece of wood at that, seems very strong should last for years if I take care of it with oils. My Girlfriend loves it too so I gave it to her, it’s ok I’ll get another.

I purchased the 1/2’’ Fatty and couldn’t be any happier with my purchase. Shipping was fast and this ferro rod exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to ordering a Kuska and stove soon.

This thing is great! Gather or make some small kindling, and you’re good to go. It boiled water quicker than I thought it would and is more stable than expected. The only negative I found is that the metal panels were tough to get apart after they were heated and then cooled. Not a big deal though. I just tapped them with a stick, and they came apart.

Tried it for the first time last week, I love it with one exception, the outside edge of the spoon has sharp edges which, didn't cut my mouth, but it was enough to be uncomfortable. My suggestion would be to lightly round this edge over with light sanding as the item makes its way down the line during manufacturing

The first firestarter I got worked great but the epoxy inside the handle had failed. I was able to wedge it in there. Contacted the company, the associate informed me they had changed the epoxy and offered to replace it. I held off as mine was still functioning. Almost a year later, the rod falls out of the handle and I lose it hiking. I contact customer service and inform her of what happened. No issues, she sent me another one out immediately. Had a new one in hand in less than a week. It was ...

I LOVE this mug. It's the only mug I've used since I purchased it. It fits perfectly in my hand. I was skeptical of the two holes to grip the mug but it's actually more comfortable to drink from than traditional mugs. I would highly recommend it!

I know I don’t need an 8”x1/2” thick ferro rod, but I’ve got big hands, and am clumsy, so I need an 8”x1/2” thick ferro rod. It works perfectly, and with my bushcraft knife, it creates a fountain of sparks that would put firework makers to shame. Fits in my small fire case for my ruck.

Two days after I received my New Titanium Stöker Flatpack Stove + Waxed Canvas I decided to setup for it's very first burn, I was not sure if it would melt a plastic table top or char or blacken a wooden table top while sitting on,,,So I barowed one of my wife's larger muffin pan as a heat shield for this experiment,,,Three things to think about when carrying any small stove is ease of storage and fire safety🔥and fast mobility. It fit together really easily and locked together solid,,,I shook it...

Nicely made, fits perfectly on my vintage Coleman 502 stove. Handle stays completely cool even which a full pot of rolling boiling water. The canvas carry pouch is nice heavy fabric and not thin and flimsy at all. Def recommend. Might even buy another for a backup!

Bushcrafting or just in the backyard, this kuksa is a real treat to use. Coffee stays hot without the mug burning your hand and an afternoon adult beverage stays cold with no weeping. I got the "12" (and added my own "belt tag" to keep it handy around camp) and now my wife wants a #8 original. She'll get it! - Jeff Glover, happy customer

So far I am really enjoying my 12oz Kuksa. However, due to all of the virus action I have not been able to use it during outdoor fun. So while doing all my online work from home I am bringing the outdoors to my at home desk. 😊😷😄

The air was crisp and very cool,,, and “Yes”, Iam in a apartment. But I’ve got a amazing cluster of trees in front of me; the chirping of birds and a soothing rustle from the tree tops, caused by a welcomed breeze. Boiling a pot of water,,in my new Kessel Bush Pot,,, and a nice cup of tea,,,, This is a awesome addition to anyone’s outdoor gear,,, Joshua Lamb

This is a great cook pot. Here’s why: the aspect ratio is low and wide, making it stable. It has a convex bottom so it stays put. The handle doesn’t get hot. And it comes in a nice canvas case so the creosote doesn’t get all over the place. Nice!

Works great around a campfire, fire pit, or even on a stove. Solid construction and easy to clean. The case is not just an afterthought, but is functional and durable. If offered in a larger size I would purchase one of those as well.

I found the tindar wick is a great thing to have when needing to start a fire. I accidentally got my tindar wick on a rainy day and found it still performed great and I was able to get my fire started. I will be buying another one soon to keep in my bag in my truck. I strongly recommend the tindar wick on every trip.

This is my 4th stove purchase. I consider these a minimum essential to my modular " survival" builds. These are included as one of the 12 Cs of prepping. The TI version is packed in my personal " go bag", and is at hand all the time.

First time setup with my stove after a snowfall. A few scraps of paper and some scrounged leaves and sticks and it lit right up. Still need to learn to dependably light with flint and steel, but happy to have this option for backpacking, emergencies, and such. I keep it in my car; takes up almost no space!

Super easy to light, super easy to extinguish, super convenient to carry. Just like the rest of Uberleben's stuff it's well made, well thought out, easy to use, and sturdy.
