Received product within reasonable time frame using basic shipping. Product arrived and worked as expected. First time buyer of a chin style mount for action CAM. I used the tether, but it is really not needed. I have full confidence that my action cam is secured to helmet. wind resistance at higher Speeds is not an issue for this mount. I chose this product over "Chin mount", because they have brick and mortar in Canada, and I am not disappointed

The product quality and design well over my expectations.! Very nice lock design, prevent accidental open, the glue is insanely strong. Fit well. Im very happy about the product. I ordered AGV K3/K5 mount for my DJI pro camera, fit perfectly.(I put a little bit too low on helmet, so at a tiny spot its not contact with the helmet, but it was strong as hell, I cant even took it back to reapply. Once you apply, it will never comes off :D )

Bear in mind this is my first time ever to ride with a camera and having to deal with mounting one on a helmet and everything. These are the best choice for chin mounts on the market. The mount is well made and has never given me concerns. This is my second mount (new helmet) and neither has shown any signs of failing. The attention to detail and clever design work on the mount for my race star gives me full surface area for the GoPro to, while keep easy use of the chin vent. As along as I’m buying helmets and putting cameras on them, I’ll use a ridetech mount.

It's a part that is attached to the side of the helmet with double-sided tape to prevent falls, but I would like a rectangular one instead of a circular one. If you connect an intercom, you cannot connect a circle. Request for product development.

Fits perfectly on my Shoei Neotech II. I used a hair dryer to heat the install location and 3M adhesive, which made for a much stronger bond. I use my Insta 360 3S to shoot video of my rides.

I'm usually not a fan of adhesive mounts but it uses a high quality 3M backing that stays in place perfectly, chin mount is definitely the best camera angle and having a custom fit to your helmet is important. I'm having a blast getting perfect footage while riding on the weekend or using my camera as a 'dashcam' while commuting.

For Ridetech: the angle of the mount that makes contact with the helmet is just barely not severe enough to perfectly mate with the Ghost Bandit's mandible. The 3M strip thankfully is strong enough to not nessecarily care, but if the specs were tweaked just slightly it'd give it an even stronger (however unessecary) hold.
