I setup my sauna in about 30 minutes and used it for the first time that evening. Very happy with the performance and look forward to make this a part of my daily routine. The sauna reached 120 degrees. This is a great low cost way of achieving the benefits of sauna. Highly recommend.

I liked that it came with a belt to keep the device in place , the instructions didn’t explain much so I’m not sure if I applied the gel pads correctly, when I did use the device I could feel it working, I was pleased with that, the gel pads were an inconvenience to work with, they didn’t stay in place and felt some burning, need to come up with something better than gel pads and clearer instructions on use and storage.

It’s working great for the first 5 days. Unfortunately now the pad half sided inactive. After 20 minutes each used on vibrations the red mark shown on the abdomen on the left side and if I turned it on a revert side then the red mark was also shown only half. So I’m not sure if it supposed to be that way.
