This is a great piece of kit, I’ve only used it for just over a week but I can already feel that it’s making a difference. A bit disappointed with the instructions (or total lack of instructions) but otherwise good. It’s been a bit of trial and error, going through the many phases and then testing the levels within to find a comfortable but challenging setting. It’s early days so far, I will give it another month or so and then review again, so far it’s a thumbs up though 👍

I’ve been using the device for two weeks and already noticed a very steady and gradual change for the good! I’ve found using it every 2nd day is best for my purposes, i day woke it hard, 1 day of recovery etc. I love the fact that you can feel it working your core and your arms immediately. Start slow and build up the levels of intensity though!

Excellent - I understand that some folks shared the hat in size is large but honestly, I feel that it is just supposed to lay over your entire head/scalp for complete coverage. This is not supposed to fit like a knit hat. LOL. I am happy with it.
