I started using it a few weeks ago and it's holding up very well. I use this on the free motion cable machine as well as the elastic bands. So far no issues at all and the hook attachments are holding strong very strong. The bar holds a great deal of stress which is good to see that it is durable. I recommended this to all my workout partners! Thanks

Love this bar. It’s sturdy and the foam grips make it comfortable to grip. I use it for specific routines, mostly for my lats, and it works great with the bands. It's also surprisingly affordable, a great bang for your buck :)

It arrived was as described. It’s still early days for me but can feel something going on in my stomach which feels like I have had an exercise which is the desired feeling. This is only a small package but it does punch above its weight. Most of the shocking is to the abdomen and I’m not feeling any sensation from the waist attachment. This may be normal though.
