It's the best thing I've ever used to workout at home. It feels like the real machines at the gym, a lot of exercises on various muscle groups. It arrived was as described. Itβs still early days for me but can feel something going on in my stomach which feels like I have had an exercise which is the desired feeling. This is only a small package but it does punch above its weight. Most of the shocking is to the abdomen and Iβm not feeling any sensation from the waist attachment. This may be normal though. I like how these gave me energy as I took them first thing in the morning. I'm always hungry when I wake up, but I've noticed feeling full quicker and longer than without using them! Was really excited to start this journey and trying something new.. only complaint I have is that the unit came with no instructions.. how to set it up, how to turn it on, what all the modes do for you for whatever your needs are. So it's been a trial and error type of thing for me which is a little confusing cause I have no idea what the unit is doing for me at all almost makes me want to send it back.. but I'm not I'm going to stick it out and see what happens..

the Ab stimulation is not as strong as i had thought it would be. lvl 20 and it barely contracts the muscles. also need to be very careful when removing Ab stimulator as it started to rip the flimsy plastic.

The Ab Stimulator works well, but doesn't produce a very strong pulse as I had expected it to. It doesn't contract the muscles all that much.. it feels more like a massaging effect. That's just my opinion. The Arm Stimulators are perfect. They contract the muscles the way I expected them to do.
