Ordered 2 to test. Arrived 10 days after ordering. Very, very well packed to prevent damag. Literally 10 min to hang in place. Used the remote to set the max open and max close. Paired with an Aeotec Smart Things hub, which is not needed, but wanted to set automatic open and close at dawn and sunset. Easy to install and very good looking. Alexa works well except when I use Alexa, everything does exactly what you intend but, Alexa tells me the roller shades aren’t functioning properly. They certainly are but there’s a glitch somewhere. No big thing. I ignore her.

I purchased a remote along with my initial purchase of a Matter PoE roman shade. I purchased one shade initially to make sure the quality was what I wanted. I intend on completing my purchase of 9 additional shades in the next week. The quality is everything I was looking for. Also, customer service was very helpful with my questions around the Matter integration. Very happy with the remote and the shade. I will be purchasing more.

We were having the windows and siding replaced and wanted shades on the south facing wall. The windows are very tall so having control of them meant either long chains or motors. I heard about SmartWings Matter over Ethernet motors and that is what sold me. We did the wiring while the window trim was off during replacement. They work wonderfully!

Absolutely outstanding shades. The 1% offers excellent privacy, and they're very sturdy even in the wind. Reliability with Apple Home (Matter Thread motor) is rock solid and the blinds are extremely smooth when the motor is moving them. Will be getting more to finish up our backyard setup, but we are beyond impressed!

This power shade covers our laundry space. Absolutely love our Smart Wings shade. We added a covered porch vs. a screened-in porch at the back of our house so we could enjoy the openness of being outdoors. Absolutely love the roller shade with valiance. Used outside mount and it was very easy to install. I am not a fan of window treatments and was concerned that this would be bulky but it is actually very minimalist and no view was sacrificed. Also, came impressively packaged and complete. This was our first smart blinds addition to our home. SmartWings have nailed the experience from beginning to end, from ordering including details about how to measure, communication for tracking, and the instructions were easy to follow. I am not a particularly handy person, and it was not difficult to install (besides getting a ladder that could reach this height). Great blinds with solid quality. They work with my Google Home (through my Nest WiFi). Just be sure you accurately measure. I used a laser measure and should have just used a metal tape measure. It worked out, but was a tight fit.

I have 3 SmartWings shades in the kitchen area, one large one over a 90"+ wide window and 2 over patio slider doors. I get very hot, direct sun from the West on this wall. I went with the Zebra 85% blackout shades, one internal mount and 2 external, they line up well and all operate together very nicely. The remote functions are good and easy to set up, and I also integrated with SmartThings. Fully functional and automated, these are very nice shades from SmartWings!
