Shades came in quickly, they were very nice, we got zigbee motors, they connected to home assistant immediately. They work perfectly. They are straightforward to install. Our window frames are made of plaster because our house was built in 1969 so that added a layer of complexity but it’s no fault of smartwings. Once the brackets are installed it clips right in. Take good measurements. Then measure again. The product fit my window perfectly. The Matter setup was easy and works flawlessly over the past three weeks. Very impressed with the quality of the materials and fit and finish. Will definitely buy more in the future. Solid recommend.

The blinds hung very easy. The set up was ok. I did call customer service for help with setting up the remote. I wanted the blinds numbered in a different order than was preset on the remote, that went well with help. She was very helpful. The app setup was a little more difficult. I couldn't find the 5th blind. The app had put it in a different page in the app. Still haven't set up the wall remote. We will see how that goes.

My wife loves the new shades! They were easy to install. I suggest finding a YouTube video as the instructions are not as easy to follow. Took me about 2 hours to install two large blinds outside. The porch is much cooler during afternoon and evening sun, yet we still have our view. Great product!

Love our new roller shades. We chose the 70% to block the heat and sun in the mornings. Awesome customer service. Purchased the standard motor, 15 device remote control, and the smart hub. Our shades automatically close at 9 pm every night and are so quiet we don’t hear them close. Needed assistance in programming the hub and customer service was on the phone in a second and walked me through it.

Overall, very happy. Easy to pair with HomeKit, easy to install. Everything makes sense, and it's pretty easy to figure out. Blinds look great - this picture is from just after sunrise - you can see the room is very dark - but some light bleeds in from the sides - nice way to wake up, as I don't want the bedroom to look like a tomb. High quality I hope will last for years.

What a great experience. The packaging was perfect. All components included were packed well. The installation was relatively easy and I completed two of the shades in less than three hours, despite installing 10 feet above ground, with lots of trips up and down the ladders. This blind goes above our kitchen sink so it will get a lot of moisture. The material is made for moisture exposure. It is great because you can see the outside but the outside cannot see in. Plus it blocks the harsh sun very well when it's shining directly onto the house. Smart wing shades are superior to the other ones that we have ordered. And they have great customer service.

These roller shades were extremely easy to install and upgrade my old shades. Connecting them to Alexa for smart home control was rather easy and quick as well as pairing the remote control. Honestly, this controller fixed all of the issues I've had for the past year and solves most of my complaints. The control app give you critical features that Alexa doesn't: individual motor battery percentages as well as signal bars, and a slider for precise 1-100% control. The pairing with the Alexa + has made a massive difference in usability too.
