WOW!!! I am super pleased with the quality of these blinds. The ordering process was easy and straightforward. My order was completed and shipped in less than 2 weeks! They were very well packaged and each blind was clearly labeled and preprogrammed to the remote! The installation process was incredibly easy. Z-wave is the way to go. Too many IOT devices! This connected (included) into our network first time and worked perfectly. Love the texture of the grey which matches our granite very well. Overall I Love the product! The first one I ordered was an outside mount and for some reason it was 6" to short! As a master carpenter and licensed contractor I can not understand how I would have miss measured so badly. From start to finish the decision to go with SmartWings was the right one. There are a lot of options, but just like people each blind is unique. Really like our new Smartwings roller shade. Original shipment arrived damaged; not surprising as skinny package was 8-1/2 feet long. Customer service shipped a replacement for the bent valance and easy instructions to transfer the shade cartridge to it. I bought a day/night shade for my kitchen. It arrived quickly and contained all mounting hardware and a usb-c charging cable. A stick-up template was great for getting the mounting holes for the brackets right. The shade looks good and is quieter than I expected.
