The thing that I love is, I get a lot of sun on one side of the house in the morning and then that switches to the other side of the house in the afternoon and by using Apple's HomeKit, the shades in the morning block the morning sun then the back of the house opens up and the front of the house closes when the sun hits the front of the house. Love the SmartWings motorized Zipper Track outdoor shade so far. Installed it just before the first modest monsoon storm in southern Arizona. Worked well and did need to caulk around the edges to keep out all the rain because of the stucco wall's unevenness.
