We love our blinds! Installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. Blinds came already preprogrammed with remote. We just had to sync the remote to operate both blinds at the same time. Again, instructions to do that were very clear and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend these blinds!

I had initially made some measurement mistakes and had to repurchase one out of four shades. Smart Wings was very cooperative and understood the issues. They provided a substantial discount on re-purchase. Customer service was excellent. All of the agents were skilled in answering questions. Would definitely recommend them. I had exterior zipper shades and they extend - retract perfectly by remote control.

I’m very happy with the shades. Everything looks great, the delivery was smooth, and the customer service via email has been excellent. I really couldn’t have asked for better support.
The only very minor downside is that a bit more of the fabric is cut than I would have preferred. I was aware of this beforehand, but from certain angles it can look slightly less clean. That said, this is expected with an inside mount.
Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

Installation of the blinds were a breeze. However, I had trouble connecting Apple Home Kit to the blinds. I ended up calling customer service and I was pleasantly surprised by how they helped guide me through each step of troubleshooting. We were able to get the issue fixed. If you plan on using an Apple TV as the smart hub, make sure it has enough gbs to support the blinds. If not, you can buy a HomePod mini for like $80. These worked great. Easy to install. The double sided tape wasn’t the best, but after putting a couple screws through to hold it better, I was surprised how well they worked. I measured them all the way up to the roll mounted at the top and tripped just a tiny bit so there was no room for light to come in, in between. Love the product.

We love our shade. It was overcast when I took the video but it blocks sun from our front door and looks nice. We get breezes and wind and the mechanism included with shade doesn’t work for our installation so I added some weight to end of bottom bar. It s a temporary fix. Need to ask company for suggestions.
Remote is handy and shade effortlessly glides up and down quietly.
Neighbors have commented as well as visitors. We highly recommend smart wings.

Installation was straightforward, did need two people to lift the blinds up and into the brackets since our window is so wide (98”). The motor runs smoothly, and the outdoor shades are GREAT at keeping the afternoon sun from heating up our kitchen. 1% openness is perfect. We had manual crank shades before, but didn’t use them often because it was a hassle - love being able to open and close with the push of a button from inside.

The installation was a snap. the solar panel is hidden behind the shade and the link to my Smartlife app controls the shade daily at the times I want it to. Very nice addition to our guest bathroom to help control the sun and the heating that occurred through the glass to that area of the home.
