The installation was easy once I realized the blinds were very forgiving about being centered. The HomeKit set up was a breeze and I love being able to ask Siri to raise and lower my blinds as well as have an automation set up. You can set up HomeKit before you install the blinds which makes it easier. I’ll be ordering more blinds for sure!

Wonderful blinds for our room. They are both identical and I am able to control them individually for different light and access to windows. They look great and work well with Siri. I did have to do a couple of resets before they actually joined the Thread network, but now they respond to their names, Sleepy and Sneezy. Very happy with them!

This product has quickly become my favorite smart home product. I ordered one for my office as a test. I love it so much, I plan on ordering additional blinds for other rooms in my Home. Installation was incredibly easy. A matter fact, taking down the old ones took more time than hanging the new blinds. Delivery was quick and the product quality is excellent. I ordered the HomeKit version and installation into the app was incredibly easy and efficient.

Love these blinds! They look super sharp, and they really cut down on the heat. Also, having the ability to stop at different places helps us with our cat door exit. The installation was actually really easy, and the programming worked well once you read the directions.

The smart shades are great because I did not want or like the look of vertical blinds on my sliding door so I wanted to do something different. The quality is good and everything was easy to set up and mount. I got the Z-wave motor because it incorporated very easily with my HomeAssistant set up and works amazing with setting up routines or automations on my windows.

These pleated shades are exceptional. We installed them in the kids room with the blackout option and they work perfectly. They are packaged perfectly and securely. In fact, I'd wish that other companies would use these as examples!! The solar panel could not have been easier to install for our Roman-style shades. Stick, plug, and play does the job. The one minor snag I ran into is that the output cord is very short. I had to purchase a USB-C extension cord to reach the power charge socket on the shades. I understand why the designers would want a short cord (to avoid interfering with shade operation), but in my opinion they erred in this regard. Overall, this is a quick, easy, and inexpensive accessory for our shades.

The shades blend in nicely with the existing decor. They've been running for almost a month now. Installation was easy. We're very happy with them. The only problem we've had is that on rare occasions not all four blinds will trigger on the first push of the remote. It may require a second button push to get them all activated.

Blinds worked out perfect! I took my measurements and ordered the 50% light filtering zigbee roller shades. From the inside there is some light coming in and I can see outside perfectly. From the outside I can barely see in which is what I was hoping for. The shades were packed VERY well and install was a breeze! Just screw the clips in at the top of the window framing and clip the shades on. The shades show up in Home Assistant and I can open and close them easily with the remote as well.

I had initially made some measurement mistakes and had to repurchase one out of four shades. Smart Wings was very cooperative and understood the issues. They provided a substantial discount on re-purchase. Customer service was excellent. All of the agents were skilled in answering questions. Would definitely recommend them. I’m very happy with the shades. Everything looks great, the delivery was smooth, and the customer service via email has been excellent. I really couldn’t have asked for better support. The only very minor downside is that a bit more of the fabric is cut than I would have preferred. I was aware of this beforehand, but from certain angles it can look slightly less clean. That said, this is expected with an inside mount. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend.
