The shipped packaging is the best I've ever seen on any package delivered. The assembly instructions were good and the shades fit in place quite well. The only odd thing about the directions were the instructions for the solar panel. The instructions suggest installing the panel on the skylight glass, but that is not possible on my skylight, because there is a screen that sit between the glass and the shade. Obviously it’s a custom size but the blinds arrived within a couple weeks of ordering which is shockingly good. Quality very good, and I’m happy with how silent the motors are. We are thrilled at how easy it is to use. We integrated it into our Apple Home so managing the blinds is a breeze. We will be doing the rest of our house with these blinds!

Ordered pretty much the largest size available, it was not too hard to install by myself, though I’d recommend having 2 people. Hardest part was making sure it would line up with the floor when fully closed. I’m really happy with how it totally blocks out light. Lastly, the matter integration was seamless. Will definitely get more shades for my other windows.

Amazing product and superb customer service (Thanks Anna). The blinds were exactly what I was looking for, giving me both privacy and light! One of the blinds would not connect to Home Assistant (or Alexa), so they are in the process of sending me a replacement motor now. Overall, great experience with the blinds and the customer service support.

The shades work great and are relatively easy to install. I was skeptical at first but they work perfectly and my wife is happy at how they turned out. I really like the Connector app. It is so easy to control the shades for opening times to reduce UV and glare and provide privacy.

These shades are simply the best. We can set mid-point stops as well as anything in-between. They come factory programmed with full open and full close already so everything else (25%, 50%, 75%) is also programmable in Alexa, the app itself, HomeKit, etc.

The good: Received quickly Great fit with my measurements Great looking High quality construction Easy installation (mine are inside mount) These shades come preprogrammed to the remote with the upper and lower limits preset so measure the height accurately and they are ready to use. I had rounded my height up to make sure I had enough fabric, which was not necessary.

The product is very good. The instructions and installation video could be improved, but their phone and email support was excellent. I only wish I could install one on the larger side of my patio, but their shade options, at certain widths, are not available in the length I need. I am very happy with my shade and highly recommended.

The best thing about working with SmartWings motorized shades is that they go up so quickly. Every order that we've placed has been packaged so well and protected from mishaps during shipping that they've arrived without damage. All shades and blinds are equipped with placement guides, screws and anchors as well as charging cables (not transformers) and are ready to install with a ladder and simple tools. We're up and running and enjoying our shades in less than 1/2 hour!

Easy to install and works great! Know that the remote comes preset, so if you want four shades to work on one remote, just order one remote. Don’t order another extra remote as a backup because some of the shades will be programmed to the backup remote. Very pleased with product.

These blinds are attractive, ship quickly and are fairly easy to install (although two people are required for these long blinds). I ordered the HomeKit ones. They are easy to set up with HomeKit. They are far less expensive than Lutron Serena or RA3 (about 1/8th the price of RA3, I have some RA3 in my house). It was really fun putting it up and watching it work. The only problem I had was removing the shades once I attached them to the brackets. Before putting the brackets to the window, attaching and removing them was easy but once the brackets were screwed in it became tough to remove the shades from them once attached.

Before ordering the actual blinds, I have ordered 2 catalogs to choose the right color and transparency levels. Once the color was chosen, we have ordered both blinds with the Matter motor to connect to home automation. The order was promptly shipped from China, so it too some time to arrive. This is my honest review, the drapes are great quality, the motor is quiet and everything runs smooth....now for the negative the instructions are horrible possibly some of the worst instructions I've seen from a product even the images drawn were inaccurate ....so to sum it all up the actual product gets a 10/10 but the instructions gets a -5 just horrible.

Easy to install and good quality. They fit perfectly and work great. Only minor complaint is that the Homekit QR code is on the top of the header. When installed you cannot get to it and have to take it down to add it. Anyway it can be placed in a more accessible spot would be great.
