We really like the drapes! The motor is very quiet and the fabric quality is good. It took a little bit of work to get the matter motor working, but this was an issue on our side (the wrong Alexa device) and not a problem with the product. The only negative feedback I have is that the valence is not rigid. Given how long our window is, this means that the valance fabric naturally gets wrinkles and waves in it. I was a little hesitant spending almost $500 on this because I wanted the z-Wave motor to integrate with my VeraPlus home automation system and the manufacturer could not confirm that it would. Install was pretty straightforward if you're a little bit handy. I didn't use the plastic drywall sleeves since I knew there was wood in the top of the window frame so I just drilled pilot holes. The brackets seem sturdy. The hardest part in a long window is that the window frame might not be straight so you might have a hard time clipping in the blind or you could adjust the brackets with washers to get them more in line if needed. The fabric for both the light filtering and the blackout look exactly the same when comparing. The blackout shade blocks 100% of light at night and all except the side cracks in the day. The light filtering shade is beautiful in the day and barely lets any light in at night.
