We really like the drapes! The motor is very quiet and the fabric quality is good. It took a little bit of work to get the matter motor working, but this was an issue on our side (the wrong Alexa device) and not a problem with the product. The only negative feedback I have is that the valence is not rigid. Given how long our window is, this means that the valance fabric naturally gets wrinkles and waves in it. I was a little hesitant spending almost $500 on this because I wanted the z-Wave motor to integrate with my VeraPlus home automation system and the manufacturer could not confirm that it would. If you are NOT a handy person with home projects, I recommend a professional install, especially for any shade that is wider than a typical 32" window. They look and work great. These windows are 10 ft. tall, so I wasn't sure whether the solar panel would provide enough power to maintain the battery charge with multiple uses per day.
