The alloy box secures against impact damage and rodent damage as rats and mice love to chew plastics that could ruin a good battery. I purchased the super k for Parawinging. The board is really stable in those messy offshore conditions. It feels like a much smaller board to ride. It builds speed really well and comes off the water like my longer downwind sup boards, every time I pick it up can’t believe how lite it feels. The board has definitely given me a lot more confidence being on offshore ocean runs. You can definitely afford to go bigger with these boards without sacrificing performance.

Bought takuma efoil for Christmas. Delivery was prompt. Customer service excellent. Kids have loved it Lots of fun . They’ve mastered the remote control within the first day. The power it generates is amazing and the battery lasts over one hour 15 minutes. Haven’t mastered standing up yet after two days but can power along on our knees or lying down. After getting slam dunked a few times when I released the trigger as I would on my other throttle to reduce the juice I learnt to use the thumb wheel and dial in correct speeds. The Carver cruises along nicely at about 25% once up on foil and recovery from splashdowns is gentle due to the nose rocker. I am more than happy with this kit. It was easy enough to change in general but did have a bit of trouble on a couple of the screws which took a bit to remove. Perhaps they could include the Allan keys in the kit to prevent any chance of using the wrong size. The prop itself is great as it extends battery life and is much more spontaneous with less drag. Love it.

Yeah I think it is a great Mast & Fuselage as I have the older 70cm one (which I use on low tide & super small swell) but the only problem is the Fuselage to Wing connection as it is sloppy / not tight and requires a shim / tape & wax etc?:-)

Great little front wing for riding swells or stealing boat wake. Crazey manoeuvrable in combination with the rear surf stabiliser and folding prop. Easy to get it up and foiling its very efficient. Great control when the breaches happen. It does need a bit more speed in the turns on flat water the keep it from stalling. All over im pretty stoked with it
