I used it for 1/2 first week then I started one hour a day as my pain was severe and one point of time I was less movable neck . Thanks to this product my neck don’t hurt any more. SO far it is working as intended. Stretches my neck. I use it at night before I sleep and there have been many times that I have fallen asleep at about the last 5 minutes ( the duration is 15 min auto turn off). Much better than the other cheaper neck traction alternatives I have tried. Not cheap but as long it does the job, I am satisfied.

This actually warms up the area that it is placed on. The only drawback is that it is only good for about 200 uses before it starts losing its effectiveness. That makes it pretty expensive per use.

My only gripes are the buttons controlling the different levels of the various functions, as when put at areas out of sight, it is near impossible to lower, increase or stop the gadget!
